"This property is in a superb location. It is right on the lake front and most rooms have a view over the lake to the mountains. World class! The accommodation was spacious and clean. The manager we spoke to was very friendly and helpful."

"We had such a good time. The room was nice and clean and the customer service was good. A fan was supplied which helped keep the room cool during the night. It is such great value for money. We will always try to stay here when we come to Taupo."
- Melissa"We were in room 302 which had a superb view of the lake, room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and good water pressure and had the basic facilities for breakfast, toaster, microwave and kettle. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was very good, walking distance into the town centre and pubs for evening meals. Access to the room is either lift or stairs. I would definitely recommend accommodation here."
