We have 2 studios rooms facing the lake one on the 3rd floor and the other on the 4th, accessible by lift or stairs. The views from these rooms are the best in Taupo, unobstructed vistas across the lake to the mountains of Ruapehu, Tongariro and Ngauruhoe. These 2 units are on the 3rd and 4th floor. One has a king bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge/dining area. The other has a queen bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the lounge/dining area. They have a full kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath combination. They have a magnificent view across the lake towards the mountains.

This unit is on the 4th floor with a king bed in the bedroom, open plan kitchen/ dining/lounge area and Lake and Mountain views to die for. Comfortable, spacious unit to relax and enjoy the view.

These units have a king bed in the lounge and two single beds in the bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining, and unsurpassed views of the Lake & Mountains. The kitchen comes with hotplates, microwave, and essential crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The downstairs units have direct access to a securely fenced grassed area that is suitable for dogs. Pets are welcome in these units by negotiation.

It is situated towards the rear of the property in a quieter zone. Parking is available directly below, via stairs. Access to the unit can be gained by lift and using a walkway or by stairs. It is equipped with kitchen facilities.
